Информации синоптиков, днем 20 ноября с сохранением ночью 21 ноября по Ульяновской области ожидается сильный снег, усиление восточного ветра с порывами до 17 м/с, метель, на дорогах снежные заносы.
Объявляется «желтый» уровень опасности.
