По данным синоптиков, Днем 12 декабря с сохранением ночью 13 декабря местами по Ульяновской области ожидается сильный снег, мокрый снег, на дорогах снежные заносы. Объявляется «желтый» уровень опасности.
Днем 12 декабря по югу области ожидается налипание мокрого снега, гололед.
